platform.issueTx

Issue a transaction to the Platform Chain.

Signature​​
platform.issueTx({
    tx: string,
    encoding: string, //optional
}) -> {txID: string}
tx is the byte representation of a transaction.
encoding specifies the encoding format for the transaction bytes. Can be either "cb58" or "hex". Defaults to "cb58".
txID is the transaction’s ID.
