Get spec params
Obtain the configuration used for the specification on this node. The setup must to consist of:
- Constants, such as phase 0 and altair values, for any hard forks that the beacon node is aware of
- All hard fork presets that are sent to the beacon node, such as phase 0 and altair values
- Beacon node configuration, such as the mainnet values
The following format is used for returning values:
- Numerical values are returned as a quoted integer
- any number in the specification beginning with 0x is returned as a hex string.

In this section, we provide an illustrative example of a request made to retrieve details contents using the /v1/config/spec
endpoint. Additionally, we present the resulting response containing information about retrieving spec params.
