Mode

This section is describing the supported Mode RPC method calls.

Mode is an Ethereum L2 designed to promote and facilitate a collaborative on-chain environment.

Mode's mission is to enable users and developers to create an ecosystem of top-notch applications and to profit directly from their contributions by offering user referral fees and sequencer fee sharing.

With the implementation of Optimism's Bedrock upgrade, Mode has drastically lowered costs, making them more than 95% cheaper than Ethereum. Optimism and the OP Stack work together to fuel Mode, which is built with contract revenue-sharing incentives at the protocol layer.

All the examples in this section use an Ethereum endpoint. Make sure you replace it with your Mode endpoint when issuing the RPC calls:
