chain_unsubscribeAllHeads

Enables customers to revoke their membership to receive updates on the newest headers.

Returns a boolean value signifying whether the unsubscription procedure was successful. The unsubscription was accomplished if this is true. If false, there may have been a mistake during the unsubscribe procedure.
